The Hartford needed to refresh their Insurance quote flow to take advantage of new back-end systems and refreshed brand identity. The quote process was simplified to 5 steps and utilized a smart quote engine to auto-publish customer information.
A clean and inviting interface reduced form fatigue and appealed to all audiences. On mobile, customers could get a quick quote or access their account through a new Customer Service Center.
